Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Campaign & Experiential Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Profile Identification: Researching influencers who align with brand values (Brand Fit) and have a relevant target audience.
· Metrics Analysis: Verifying follower quality, engagement rates, and audience authenticity (to detect bots/fake followers).
· Negotiation: Handling negotiations regarding fees and content packages (e.g., number of Stories, Reels, or static posts).
· Contract Management: Defining content usage rights, deadlines, and exclusivity clauses.
· Briefing: Developing clear guidelines for influencers, outlining key messaging and "dos and don'ts," while maintaining creative freedom.
· Logistics: Coordinating product sample shipments or organizing experiences and events.
· Content Approval: Reviewing creator assets before publication to ensure compliance with the brief and advertising regulations (e.g., use of #ad or #sponsored tags).
· Tracking: Real-time monitoring of content go-live and publication schedules.
· Performance Analysis: Collecting post-campaign data (reach, clicks, conversions, sales via discount codes).
· Final Reporting: Drafting documents to demonstrate investment effectiveness (ROI) and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
